You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution by creating compelling content, improving search visibility, managing digital campaigns, and using AI-powered tools to streamline marketing efforts.This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy while continuously testing new ideas, measuring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.What You'll DoCreate engaging content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media platforms, customer communications, and marketing materials while maintaining a consistent brand voice across every channel.Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase website traffic, improve lead generation, and strengthen customer engagement through organic search, AI search optimization, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media.Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve content development, research, workflow efficiency, campaign execution, and overall marketing productivity.Optimize website content using SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), keyword research, and AI search best practices to improve online visibility and search performance.Monitor campaign performance using website analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing data to identify trends, measure return on investment, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.Collaborate with company leadership to develop messaging, explore emerging marketing technologies, recommend growth strategies, and support company-wide branding initiatives.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a creative, data-driven marketing professional with at least three years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or growth marketing.Candidates should have exceptional writing and editing skills along with experience developing content for multiple digital platforms. A strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, email marketing, social media management, lead generation, and campaign analytics is essential.Experience incorporating AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies into marketing workflows is highly preferred.
