• You’ll be the  only full-time urologist in a 30,000+ patient service area
• Work alongside progressive leadership, strong OB/GYN, and >40 NPs
• In-house outreach/marketing, robust EMS, full perioperative services

Compensation

• $550,000 Base Salary – Guaranteed for 2 years
• Up to $100K Sign-On
• Up to $30K relocation
• Quarterly Productivity Bonuses – Work RVU model with banked safety net
• Extra Call Pay – $500/day beyond 10 days (earn roughly $120k in extra call pay - optional)
• Full Benefits – Malpractice, CME, retirement, 25 PTO days, health/dental/vision

Job Responsibilities

Clinic + Procedures/surgery
10 days' call per month

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
Team-first attitude with desire to collaborate with PCPs and OB/GYN
Comfortable starting from scratch and becoming the face of a new specialty in the region
Interest in rural living, community integration, and long-term impact
