This facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma center and is equipped to manage complex pediatric cases across surgical and urological specialties. The institution maintains the infrastructure necessary to support comprehensive inpatient and operating room services for pediatric patients. The facility provides on-site coverage capabilities to ensure continuous availability for urgent and elective pediatric urological cases.

Regional destinations include opportunities for hiking, culinary experiences, and local festivals accessible throughout the state.

The pediatric urologist will provide 24-hour call coverage on-site, managing full scope pediatric urology cases for a pediatric patient population. Call coverage is required, with shifts structured as 24-hour call across 3 weekends in October. The facility utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system, and clinicians must be proficient in its use. Board certification is negotiable for this assignment.
