Expectations and Responsibilities Strong, positive customer service Participate in generating sales including maintaining general cleanliness of store, warehouse, and assigned areas Participate in management staff meetings, assist with special projects or programs, and implementing new procedures Upholding the retail disciplines of fronting, facing and flossing Participate in continuing education and training to maintain knowledge of products and services Accountable for cash handling, processing credit/debit cards, coupons, etc. Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays May be required to lift at least 10 lbs. up to 25 lbs. and possibly 50 lbs. Qualifications Supervisory experience of at least one year, in a retail environment preferred Customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication Ability to perform and understand basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions Ability to read instructions, policies, procedures, and complete forms either in writing or using a computer High school diploma or equivalent, preferred **Full-time status required; 30 or more total hours worked per week ***Hours and length of service requirement Paul E.
