Shift Details: 12-hour day shift with rotating weekends and call rotation.

Description: We are adding to our RN Team in Family Birthplace due to high volume of births anticipated for May - July (80+/month). Seeking an experienced L&D Traveler RN to join our Family Birth Place Team! L&D with OR, PACU and postpartum, providing couplet care. 60 deliveries a month. Caring for babies 32 weeks and up. Fun group of staff working with evidenced based care, to provide the best experience for our clients. Must be a team player. Nursing at Valley View Hospital has a history of excellence in providing a compassionate, patient-centered experience. We recently received Pathway to Excellence Designation.

Shifts: Schedule is working 12-hour day shift; with rotating weekends. Call rotation is typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks; but could change.

Certs: Current Colorado RN license or compact to practice in Colorado - in good standing. American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Required. NRP Required. STABLE Required.

Additional Information: 1) RADIUS RULE: traveler's perm address must be at least 75 miles away from our facility. 2) CAPS Requirement (APPLY ASAP): *may take up to two weeks to obtain*. Out of state agencies register in the system to run this as the employer. If they do not have a CO office/address, they will need to enter their real address but choose CO for the state (otherwise the registration will not save). They can then clarify in the Multiple Locations field that they are located out of state but have employees in CO.
