Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends and call rotation.

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

Current RN license in good standing (Colorado or compact)
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
NRP certification required
STABLE certification required

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
Assist in the delivery of newborns and manage postpartum care.
Ensure evidence-based practices are followed to enhance patient care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Provide couplet care for mothers and infants, caring for patients 32 weeks and above.

Compliance / Notes:

Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
Complete CAPS Requirement as soon as possible.
