Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but a strong desire to learn is essential. A passion for providing exceptional service and solving problems.
