Garfinkel Family Chiropractic is seeking a Chiropractic Rehab Assistant to join our growing wellness team. This is an active, hands‑on position working directly with patients as they progress through customized spinal rehabilitation and corrective care programs. No experience is necessary! You will receive all necessary hands‑on training in advanced spinal rehabilitation, posture correction, decompression therapy, and patient exercise instruction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities Guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises and spinal correction programs Assisting patients with advanced spinal rehabilitation and decompression equipment Monitoring patient progress and providing encouragement throughout care Helping patients safely and effectively perform prescribed exercises Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment Communicating patient concerns and progress to the doctor Delivering exceptional patient care and support Qualifications Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic Reliable and punctual Team-oriented Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages Energetic and physically active Eager to learn and grow Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Passionate about helping others improve their health and quality of life Looking for a long-term position with opportunities for growth Reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands‑on position. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for most of the workday, moving throughout the rehabilitation area, assisting patients with exercises and equipment, and maintaining an energetic presence in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Applicants should be able to lift, move, and set up rehabilitation equipment and assist patients as needed.
