Senior Director, Customer Engagement Strategy & Operations
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director to lead customer engagement strategy leveraging generative and agentic AI capabilities across healthcare professional channels. This newly created role shapes how the company uses advanced AI to enhance engagement and drive commercial performance in oncology.
Responsibilities
- Serve as internal and external thought leader on AI capabilities and emerging technologies for commercial teams
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities that improve healthcare professional and patient engagement
- Shape commercial AI vision, operating model, and solution design across multiple brands and portfolios
- Collaborate with Analytics, Insights, and Commercial IT teams to develop data governance and implementation practices
- Guide AI-enabled initiatives from concept through pilot, adoption, and scaled deployment
Requirements
- Deep expertise in generative AI and agentic AI applications and implementation
- Proven experience evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI-enabled solutions in commercial settings
- Strategic business leadership background in customer engagement and go-to-market strategy
- Strong data acumen and understanding of commercial data architecture and governance
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Experience translating business priorities into technology-enabled capabilities and solutions
