This program coordinator will work directly with study team members, collaborators, stakeholders and all research participants, to ensure that all study objectives are met. The position requires excellent administrative, organizational, written communication and interpersonal skills, cultural humility, as well as exceptional independence in planning, organizing, and implementation. This position is expected to serve as a coordinator for several diverse teams in DFMCH, including: Avanzando su Cuidado: Equitable Access Lab Dr. Yohualli Anaya, MD, MPH Dedicated to advancing healthcare so every community has access to high-quality, informed, and linguistically accessible primary care across the lifespan. Carvajal Lab Dr. Diana Carvajal, MD, MPH Patient-centered reproductive healthcare delivery, justice-based equitable primary care, and workforce diversity across reproductive health including abortions. Driving Connections Lab Dr. KJ Hansmann, MD, MPH, PhD Participatory research empowering primary care teams to leverage cultural humility and shared decision making to support patients and families as they navigate complex life transitions. Program, Research, Outreach, Therapeutics, and Education in the Addictions (PROTEA) Lab Dr. Randy Brown, MD, PhD, DFASAM Innovative treatment and prevention systems for addiction, substance misuse, and common co-occurring conditions. This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location. Terminal 12 month appointment. This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding. This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years.
