Regional Sales Office Division Manager

Responsibilities You will lead a team of internal sales associates who are responsible for increasing sales and retaining assets in Capital Group's suite of offerings. You will partner with the Division Managers (DMs), ensuring alignment between site and field sales team members' activities, reinforcing the vision and purpose of the client segment, and drive the team to accomplish strategic initiatives and goals. You will provide performance feedback to ensure ongoing achievement against goals and development of sales capability across the team; partner with sales coach to ensure alignment in messaging and development of associates. Qualifications Previous experience leading/managing a sales team. Transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results. Ability to develop a high performing team, including coaching, mentoring, assigning work and managing performance. Constant pulse on economic market trends and industry developments. Skilled communicator; authentic, respectful and engaging; facilitated successful meetings of diverse audiences. Bachelor's degree. Must hold SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66. Must hold or obtain Series 24 within 60 days of employment. Benefits & Compensation New York Base Salary Range: $168,924-$270,278 Per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
