Position Overview

Heal Motion Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team in Lancaster, California. This full-time position will require you to work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of your patients. The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of physical function in pediatric and adult patients, identifying specific therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals, using evidence-based interventions designed to maximize recovery.
• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic health record system in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families about therapies, potential obstacles, and the overall recovery journey in an approachable and supportive manner.
• Meet or exceed company benchmarks for patient utilization and satisfaction while contributing to overall business goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams at Ensemble Therapy, ensuring continuity of care for clients receiving multiple types of therapy.
• Promote and embody the values of Heal Motion Care, serving as a positive ambassador for our culture and vision.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals of all ages, from young children to seniors, each presenting unique challenges related to their physical health. As a Physical Therapist at Heal Motion Care, your role will involve tailoring interventions to diverse cultural backgrounds and varying degrees of physical ability. You will engage with patients who may have experienced musculoskeletal issues, neurological conditions, or other physical impairments requiring specialized rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is highly preferred.
• Possession of a current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Willingness to conduct evaluations and deliver therapy both in-person and via telehealth as appropriate.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with a diverse patient demographic, embracing various ages, races, and backgrounds.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits
