Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, including evaluations of their medical histories, current physical limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals.
• Create customized treatment plans based on your assessments, ensuring alignment with each patient's unique needs and expectations.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation journeys, fostering understanding of the treatment process and encouraging commitment to their individualized plans of care.
• Utilize a combination of educational strategies, progressive exercise regimens, and manual therapy techniques to facilitate optimal recovery and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, regularly adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of services provided, in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients suffering from a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain syndromes, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will be instrumental in guiding these individuals through their healing processes, helping them to regain strength, flexibility, and overall functionality.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in the State of California as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven track record of maintaining a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, demonstrating clinical competencies in assessing and treating various orthopedic conditions.
• Expert proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with the ability to customize approaches based on individual patient needs.
• Ability to develop and implement effective exercise regimens tailored to different patient profiles.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in utilizing advanced rehabilitation technologies and software will be considered a significant plus, as well as familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
