Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate therapy plans.
• Guide patients through specific exercise routines as prescribed, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Implement diverse treatment modalities, including manual therapy, stretching, and massage, to aid recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately before, during, and after therapy sessions, providing updates to supervising physical therapists.
• Utilize adaptive devices, such as walkers and braces, to enhance mobility and stability for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs and post-treatment care to promote ongoing recovery.
• Participate in mentorship and training programs, sharing knowledge and skills with junior staff.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the therapy team.

The ideal candidate will engage with diverse patient populations, including post-operative orthopedic patients, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and those undergoing rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current California PTA License is mandatory.
