Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions and exercises tailored to patient goals.
• Guide patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, functional training, and activities of daily living.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, rehabilitation processes, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and quality care.
• Document all patient progress thoroughly in electronic health records in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
