This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional outpatient orthopedic care in a cash-based facility, enabling therapists to invest the necessary time and personalized attention into every client's journey towards recovery and enhanced performance. Work Environment

This role is based onsite in our Palmdale clinic, where you will work in a supportive team environment alongside skilled therapists who share a common goal: to help clients achieve optimal health outcomes. You will engage in one-on-one patient interactions, using advanced manual therapy techniques and innovative modalities, including neuromuscular electrical stimulation with the Neubie and recovery systems like Normatec. In addition, you will benefit from a flexible work schedule that allows for work-life balance, along with time set aside for documentation and client follow-up calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient to develop customized treatment plans with measurable and realistic short and long-term goals.

• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress and feedback during therapy sessions.

• Prepare detailed clinical and progress summaries to share pertinent information with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.

• Provide patient education and support, ensuring clear communication to empower clients in their rehabilitation journey.

• Utilize high-end technology effectively throughout sessions while ensuring safety and comfort during treatment.

• Participate in ongoing training to remain current in the latest therapeutic methodologies and tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients primarily consist of highly motivated athletes aged 35 and above, including elite and professional sports individuals, as well as children and teens with orthopedic conditions. They value their health and are committed to taking an active role in their recovery. This clinic thrives on working with individuals who appreciate the effort required to improve their health and enhance their physical performance.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

• Strong skills in manual therapy, with interest in ongoing professional development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive client experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates is a plus.

• Familiarity with advanced techniques such as IASTM and any additional training relevant to sports rehabilitation.

• Experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patients is advantageous.

• A willingness to teach small group fitness classes (3-6 participants) is ideal.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
