Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will work in a dynamic clinical setting within our rehabilitation facility. Our workspace promotes teamwork and includes state-of-the-art equipment designed for the best therapeutic outcomes. Your work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish patient goals and treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Manage a patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused and attentive care.
• Implement customized treatment interventions utilizing a comprehensive range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated care strategies and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Monitor patient outcomes by reassessing treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Educate and empower patients in their rehabilitation journeys, fostering motivation and a positive approach to recovery.
• Promote health and wellness by designing personalized fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain issues, and other mobility impairments. By establishing a rapport with each patient, you will help them feel comfortable expressing their concerns and aspirations, promoting a collaborative spirit in their treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A clean record free of board or disciplinary actions on the physical therapy license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing individualized exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 95,000 , commensurate with experience.
