Director OF Demand Generation

The Marketing Director of Demand Generation is responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B marketing programs that generate qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales pipeline growth for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Enterprise Solutions. This role will lead a team of two marketing professionals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Develop and execute B2B demand generation campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. Manage integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, paid media, social media, content marketing, webinars and events. Support lead nurturing initiatives and collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs to maximize return on investment. Marketing Campaigns & Content Execute evergreen digital marketing strategies focused on client acquisition and engagement. Oversee the development of marketing content, sales collateral, blogs, digital assets, and promotional materials that support business development efforts. Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop compelling messaging for target audiences. Manage social media strategies and digital advertising campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate demand. Partner closely with the Sales organization to align marketing campaigns with business development priorities. Participate in regular pipeline and campaign review meetings to identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with Sales to support lead management, campaign follow-up, and marketing initiatives that improve pipeline performance. Events & Communications Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other marketing events. Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation opportunities. Develop presentations and marketing materials for internal meetings, client event presentations, and business development initiatives. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and marketing KPIs. Use marketing dashboards and CRM data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and optimize campaign performance. Lead, coach, and develop a team of two marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Account Management and other business partners to support marketing initiatives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and business objectives are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or lead generation. Previous experience managing marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth. Experience partnering with Sales teams in a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics. Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
