RCM Operations Manager

Providing strategic oversight and leadership, the full-time RCM Operations & Quality Manager II will manage complex assignments and escalations within the RCM department while ensuring efficient completion of tasks and driving performance initiatives remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the onboarding and training process for new employees and provide ongoing feedback on performance Serve as the primary liaison between global partner/vendor teams and management, resolving escalations as necessary Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with client and industry regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Healthcare-related discipline 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management 3+ years of vendor/partner management and/or client management experience Knowledge of revenue cycle management principles, practice management systems, and customer service best practices Ability to work independently and maintain effective working relationships in a fast-paced environment Virtual Vocations Inc
