Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - North Jacksonville, FL

Field-based specialty pharmaceutical sales representative role focused on psychiatry in North Jacksonville, Florida. The position involves executing brand strategy, managing assigned territory, building customer relationships, and driving sales performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategy and achieve sales performance targets, KPIs, and financial objectives
- Develop and execute call plans optimizing customer coverage and frequency to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships through proactive needs assessment and objection handling
- Gather and share market intelligence regarding customer needs, competitors, disease state, and territory dynamics
- Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to enhance brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
- Five years industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector, or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED required
- In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- HCIR credentialing eligibility and willingness to obtain required credentials
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
