Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Jacksonville, FL (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to serve the Jacksonville, Gainesville, and surrounding Florida region. The role involves promoting bone health products to medical professionals, managing customer relationships, and driving territory sales through clinical education and account management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical product knowledge and sales messaging to medical professionals in assigned territory
• Achieve or exceed territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement and educational programs
• Develop and manage customer accounts, address reimbursement issues, and ensure product access
• Analyze sales effectiveness, provide market feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and support team success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma plus 6 years sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent with Associate's/high school
• Demonstrated sales achievement and ability to influence medical professionals
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry preferred
• Experience in specialty areas such as bone health, oncology, cardiology, or inflammation preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Compensation: $89,880 base (floor stated; range incomplete in posting)
