Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Winter Park, FL (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve as primary customer contact in the Orlando/Kissimmee/Clermont territory. The role involves delivering clinical product knowledge to medical professionals, implementing marketing strategy, managing accounts, and driving sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical product benefits and drive appropriate utilization with medical professionals
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts
• Provide marketing strategy feedback, analyze territory effectiveness, and develop plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate commitment to patient impact throughout sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years sales experience (Specialty Representative)
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's degree with 6+ years, or high school diploma with 8+ years (Senior Specialty Representative)
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, rheumatology, or related therapeutic areas preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and adaptability to core competencies in sales planning, technical knowledge, and results-driven execution

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base (Specialty Representative); $115,036–$155,638 base (Senior Specialty Representative)
