Personnel Logistics Coordinator

Scope and general purpose To coordinate personnel logistics and ensure proper rotation of staffon operation sites Main Duties Crew change management Scheduling rotation of staff on each operation site taking intoaccount client’s requirement, operation management needs, andHR policies Coordination of personnel transportation in country Coordination of personnel transportation overseas Update of OSCAR database (Travel Pass)Administrative duties Maintain up to date the HR, medical and training databases(BOSIET, MDET, ...) Schedule appointments for certification of staff (Medical andtraining)Other Remaining available for emergencies related to crew changemanagement: Weekdays: anytime Weekend: once every 4 weekends Follow the HSE Policy and meet the requirements of theorganization’s Management System, which is compliant tointernational standards for Quality, Food Safety, OccupationalHealth & Safety, and Environmental Management System. To report all accidents, incidents, and near-misses observed. Additional duties Any other assignments given occasionally or daily by immediatesuperior or management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Newrest
