What You’ll Do Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs. Develop new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and proactive outreach. Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts. Prepare quotes and present personalized insurance solutions. Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities toward the sale. Build lasting customer relationships that generate retention and referrals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products when appropriate. Maintain accurate customer records and activity in agency systems Work with the team to achieve individual and agency sales goals. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Goal-oriented and motivated by results. Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers. An excellent communicator and active listener. Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable making calls and following up with prospects.
