BayCare is currently in search of our newest Outpatient Physical Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Bartow Regional Medical Center , for over 95 years, cared for generations of Polk County families, keeping them healthy and happy. Our 72-bed hospital is constantly improving to meet the growing needs of our community to make sure that you receive high-quality care when you visit the hospital.

Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities :
Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical function, mobility, and pain levels.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and advanced modalities.
Provide education on posture, body mechanics, and home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness.
Utilize specialized techniques such as joint mobilization, neuromuscular facilitation, and gait training.
Document patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards of practice.
Requirements:
Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
Required PT (Physical Therapy)
Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain
Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy
Preferred 1 year Physical Therapist
Location: Bartow Medical Center - Bartow, FL
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm/days
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No
