Stand-Up Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Kings Mountain, NC

Pay: Starting at $18.73 per hour

Schedule:

• 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Rotating schedule:

  • Week 1: Thursday–Sunday

  • Week 2: Friday–Sunday

We are currently hiring an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a growing facility in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent schedule and the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift throughout the warehouse

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials

• Supply production areas with materials as needed

• Perform inventory movement and product storage

• Inspect equipment before each shift and report any issues

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up forklift experience is required

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed

• Strong attention to safety and accuracy

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
