Legal Assistant

Overview Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Washington, DC . There is a travel component to this role. Job Details Provide general administrative support for attorneys Manage attorney calendars, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports Travel with legal team to provide administrative and logistical support at trial Answer phones, direct calls, and take detailed messages Prepare, file, transcribe, and archive legal documents Ensure neatness of reception areas and conference rooms Oversee inventory and place orders for supplies, catering for events, and similar Cover reception duties, as needed Salary Range: $90-125k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes 100% covered health insurance, generous PTO and 401(k) with matching!
