What You’ll Do as a FOH Employee As a Front of House employee, you’ll be the face of Ggiata, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include: Providing friendly and efficient service to all guests. Assisting customers with menu selections and answering any questions about our offerings. Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Upholding Ggiata’s high standards of hospitality and quality in every interaction. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
