Salesforce Administrator & Apex Developer
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension
Interview : Virtual and final in person

Position Overview
Client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Apex Developer to support the daily management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of a critical Workforce solution built on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce platform knowledge, hands-on Apex development experience, and the ability to independently troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and platform configuration .
- Experience designing, configuring, updating, and maintaining Salesforce forms .
- Experience managing field-level security, validations, and form configurations .
- Hands-on Apex development experience.
- Strong SOQL skills, including query optimization and cross-object/table queries.
- Experience managing Salesforce user and service account profiles .
- Strong troubleshooting and bug-fixing experience within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including status reporting and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within established timelines.
