Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold an active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist License
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Experience in a school setting supporting K-12 learners strongly preferred
• Confident working with a wide range of disabilities and adapting interventions accordingly
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive evaluations using various assessment tools
• Strong ability to develop individualized goals, write IEPs and 504 plans, and provide clear, effective reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students through thorough assessments to determine OT needs and recommend interventions
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students based on individualized plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Document progress, write goals, create IEPs/504s, and maintain accurate records
• Deliver services in both inclusion classrooms and specialized pull-out settings
• Manage a caseload spanning multiple grade levels, adjusting support to diverse needs
