This position features a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 32.5 hours per week, providing you with the chance to build trusted relationships with students and staff alike. From now through the spring of 2027, you will join a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on student growth and access.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience or strong interest in working with a diverse K-12 population
• Confidence in supporting students with a wide range of disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough student evaluations using an array of standardized assessments
• Develop and write individualized evaluation reports
• Draft comprehensive goals as part of IEP teams and support the creation of 504 plans
• Deliver OT services in both inclusive classroom and pull-out settings, tailoring interventions to student needs
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other service providers, advocating for student access and participation

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a pay range of $50–$55 per hour, paid weekly.
