Accounting Manager

Job Overview Accounting Manager opportunity for a global company located in Bergen County, New Jersey. Hybrid schedule is required. Responsibilities Manage financial close processes and prepare quarterly financial statements. Support U.S. and international audits, foreign statutory reporting, and tax compliance. Lead continuous process improvement initiatives across accounting operations, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. Qualifications CPA required. Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and private industry. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with U.S. and international audits. Experience with foreign statutory reporting and tax compliance preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Qlik). Management experience necessary.
