Location: Indian Creek Apartments - Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $25/hour, plus commissions for leasing and monthly renewals Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
*Please note: Thorough training and property familiarization will be provided by the current Administrative Coordinator. What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role and leasing professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry; experience with Yardi or invoicing systems is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Coordinate office operations and establish procedures
- Receive, input, assign, and follow-up on service requests to ensure a complete and timely response
- Advise residents via email blasts or paper notices of community issues such as water main breaks, repairs, and improvements
- Assist the Property Manager in a variety of administrative matters, including preparing reports and correspondence, and gathering the required information for the reports
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when appropriate
- Ensure faxes and mail are distributed daily
- Create and/or maintain database and spreadsheet files, and prepare invoices for payment
- Maintain an inventory and order supplies ensuring the office is always properly stocked
- Oversee leasing duties when needed as back-up
- Perform other tasks required by the Property Manager and assist other associates when necessary to ensure a smoothly run office
