You'll play an important role in helping our clients and supporting our temporary associates — all while being part of a supportive team that truly values your contributions. What You Need to Join Our Team Background as a warehouse lead or supervisor Bilingual (English-Spanish) a must! Strong customer service background Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and multitask Prior staffing or onsite coordination experience is a plus Comfortable with walking throughout the shift Willingness to work extra hours, if needed Reliable transportation What You'll Be Doing Within the Warehouse Environment Supervise temporary associates during shifts, ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE Participate in trainings and team meetings Conduct daily safety observations and production walk‑throughs Maintain clear and consistent communication with client management Process payroll and manage paid sick leave Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and client leadership Hours & Salary 2nd Shift Weekly salary starting at $840 depending on experience Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long term disability PTO Days 401K with Match!
