Primary Care Physician
As a Primary Care Physician with CenterWell, you'll work onsite at our Powdersville clinic and report to the Lead Physician. You'll join a supportive, team-based environment alongside nurse practitioners, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and others—all collaborating to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care aligned with clinical and value-based standards.
- Collaborate with the integrated care team to enhance patient care.
- Manage referrals, care transitions, DME, and home health services.
- Document care and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support daily huddles, on-call rotations, and center programs.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited program.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Current, unrestricted medical and DEA license.
- New physicians welcome; 2–5 years' experience preferred.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $255,000 - $298,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
