Job Title: Crane Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Crane Technician to support operations on large overhead cranes ranging from 120 to 200 tons. This role offers strong long-term earning potential and is best suited for individuals who take pride in safety, are comfortable working at heights, and possess a mix of electrical and mechanical skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on overhead cranes (120–200 ton capacity).
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components including motors, gearboxes, brakes, and rigging systems.
• Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work safely at heights and follow all site safety protocols, prioritizing safety.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to keep equipment running efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Rigging experience is a plus.
• PLC / drive experience is a strong advantage.
• Open to candidates with military experience.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Work Environment

Work in a heavy industrial setting requiring physical and hands-on work. The role involves frequent work at heights and around heavy equipment. The position is on the 1st Shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Brownsburg, IN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $93600.00/yr.
