Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, social determinants of health, and tailored treatment goals.

• Deliver empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing a spectrum of mental health and psychosocial issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders.

• Lead group therapy sessions that focus on common mental health challenges, nurturing peer support networks and imparting psychoeducation.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are measurable and grounded in evidence-based interventions.

• Execute crisis intervention strategies, including thorough risk assessments, safety planning, and coordination of immediate resources to ensure client safety.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights, facilitating their access to essential resources and services as they navigate both healthcare and community systems.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide an attractive sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
