Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and detailed evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, including evaluating social determinants and collaboratively setting achievable treatment goals.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing a diverse array of mental health and psychosocial issues tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate meaningful group therapy sessions that target common mental health challenges, fostering a supportive environment for shared experiences and psychoeducation.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices, setting measurable goals to track progress and adapt interventions as necessary.

• Offer crucial crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans while coordinating with emergency resources to ensure client safety.

• Advocate zealously for clients, assisting them in accessing essential services and navigating the healthcare system, thereby promoting their rights and autonomy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
