Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients dealing with major mental health conditions and severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Engage in crisis interventions as necessary, effectively responding to emergencies and providing immediate care when needed.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, coordinating with family members and external providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Monitor client progress, managing admissions, ongoing treatment, and discharge processes to facilitate optimal recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices during assessments and treatment interventions, ensuring that services are personalized to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate documentation for all client interactions and ensure timely submissions of necessary reports, fostering transparency and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds within our community health clinic setting. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
