Lead Generation Specialist - New Albany Ohio

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth and enhance our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with a keen understanding of market trends and technology sales. You will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts by leveraging various tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads. *Opportunities to grow and develop with a fast growing company; earn an hourly wage + commissions!

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to convert Tune Ups and HVAC sale leads.
Spend time in big box store retail partners
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
Entry in CRM systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about our offerings.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Previous experience in business development or telemarketing is a plus.
