Clinical Research Compensation

• Pay rate: $48.08

Clinical Research Responsibilities:

• Design, evaluate, and report on safety and efficacy of in-vitro diagnostic devices, collaborating with R&D to develop new testing methodologies.
• Manage clinical laboratory studies and complaint testing using various clinical testing methods.
• Conduct clinical testing, maintain laboratory instrumentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards such as CLSI, GLP, and GCP.
• Implement and document Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures related to instrumentation and methodology.
• Train new associates on laboratory workflows and monitor trends in laboratory practices to recommend new projects.
• Participate in development of clinical strategies for BD IDS- Specimen Management products, supporting product development and clinical claims integrity.

• Onsite; work hours aligned with laboratory schedule
• Remote, on-site, or hybrid work arrangements not specified; verify with recruiter
• Work environment involves handling human blood specimens and clinical laboratory procedures
• 9-panel drug test required for employment

Education/Licenses Needed

• BS/BA/MA in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or related health sciences
• MT/MLT CLS (ASCP) or equivalent; 5+ years clinical laboratory experience
