Position: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Location: Kearny, NJ
Pay: Up to $25.00/hour, or or based on experience
Schedule: Full-time - Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily shipping and receiving paperwork
• Check drivers in and out of the facility
• Enter and update shipment information in our system
• Prepare and review warehouse/shipping documents
• Communicate with warehouse staff regarding incoming and outgoing freight
• Respond to emails and customer requests
• Maintain accurate records and filing
• Assist with general warehouse office duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse office, or logistics, US customs experience preferred
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
