PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY Under the direction of the Customer Service & Warehouse Manager, responsible for ensuring our products are shipped in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receive and record incoming orders while checking for damage & weight discrepancy Pick and process orders to be shipped Utilize RF scanners in order to process Process orders via UPS, FedEx, and Freight Follow proper procedures for hazardous material shipping, safety, and housekeeping Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping pallets, boxes, and stacked items in proper locations and removing empty boxes, pallets, and shrink film from the warehouse Operate material handling equipment – hand jacks, seated forklifts, and standing forklifts Help train other members of the shipping team Other responsibilities as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Previous warehouse/material handling experience Forklift certification or ability to become certified SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to drive a forklift or become certified Computer skills for shipping UPS, FedEx, and freight Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment Team player, but able to work with minimum guidance #J-18808-Ljbffr
