Your Team, Your ImpactThe Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions, and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.What You Can ExpectResponsible for improving demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniquesDrive adoption and improvement of Statistical models using Machine LearningAnalyze Market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomaliesCreate targeted forecasting techniques for various customer and product segmentationPublish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams What We're Looking ForBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data science, or related fields with 8+ years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Master’s degree with 5 years of experienceDemonstrable experience in implementing ML (Machine Learning) models for forecasting, and integrating Market intelligence in the processProficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BIPreferred Qualifications:Semiconductor Industry experienceExperience in using LLM (Large Language Models) for forecastingExperience in guiding and coaching teamsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExpected Base Pay Range (USD)121,490 - 182,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
