This includes preparing and maintaining production schedules, tracking inventory levels, and resolving production issues. The Planning And Scheduling Assistant also plays a key role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently./ppEssential Duties And Responsibilities:/pulliPrepare and maintain production schedules, including materials requirements, labor requirements, and delivery dates./liliTrack inventory levels and identify potential shortages./liliResolve production issues, such as delays, quality problems, and equipment breakdowns./liliCommunicate with production, engineering, and purchasing departments to ensure smooth production flow./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAssociate degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field/lili1-2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills/liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./li/ulpPhysical Demands:/ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
