Description

What You'll Do Support Account Managers by managing customer accounts and requests. Coordinate pricing, quotations, product samples, and documentation. Process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery. Partner with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and account inquiries. Assist with sales forecasting and reporting. Investigate order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service-related issues. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate customer records in SAP and Excel. What a Typical Day Looks Like Responding to customer and account manager requests. Creating quotes and processing orders. Updating order status and delivery information in SAP. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve supply chain or delivery issues. Supporting account reviews and customer service initiatives. Managing multiple priorities across several customer accounts.

This is a Contract position based out of Dayton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
