Overview Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Help our customers and team members in any way needed, with a welcoming and friendly attitude. This position fills many roles and requires a friendly and organized individual who does not mind pitching in wherever the need occurs. Responsibilities Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members Fields calls/emails from customers, partners, and team members Intake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs/claims Collects required documentation for all jobs/claims Problem solves and helps people find solutions Performs office administrative operations Other tasks and projects as assigned Why Our Team Needs You Serving others in their time of need is not easy.
