Security Technical Program Manager

As the first Security Technical Program Manager in a full-time remote role, the successful candidate will manage the integration of security engineering across detection and response, corporate security, and product security, while driving program strategy and execution within a rapidly scaling organization. Key responsibilities Define and communicate the security program's strategy, priorities, and progress to the broader business Shape the procurement and implementation of new security tools to enhance the security stack Serve as a liaison between security engineers and product engineers, translating security requirements and risks into actionable terms Required qualifications Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager embedded with a security team Solid grounding in computer engineering fundamentals with the ability to engage deeply on technical details Proven track record of defining and communicating technical programs to non-technical stakeholders Strong prioritization and backlog management skills Experience operating as a trusted liaison between specialized teams and a large engineering organization
