Account Manager
This role is a hybrid opportunity from the Plano, TX Office.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and placement of renewal business.
- Perform risk analysis & preparation of applications for renewal business.
- Review and prepare quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities and present to client.
- Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with company quality control standard and procedures.
- Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships.
- Maintain current market and product knowledge.
- Manage a small book of business.
- Assist with Account Receivables as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous Account Management experience
- Minimum 2-4 years Property and Casualty experience
- P&C license
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent product knowledge and expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work independently
- Strong invoice and billing experience
