- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents, staff, and visitors in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and dietary, to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues in the facility, including pumps, valves, and sprinkler systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Inspect and report any maintenance-related issues or concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
